REVEALED: Governor Chime's Wife Clara Is Mentally Unstable

What we usually see in Nollywood movies where a man will be very
wealthy and in position of authority but his wife or first son will
be battling with a "serious" challenge, is what is playing out in
Enugu State. Sad!
Following several reports in the social media that Governor
Sullivan Chime of Enugu State was holding Clara, his wife in
solitary confinement, hot9jagists.Com observed that some persons
close to the wife contacted Femi Falana, a popular human rights
activist, to help rescue the woman.
But in a bid to stop Falana, Governor Chime has opened up on his
wife's true condition...
He said it is not his will to subject his wife to such condition and
that whatever is been done to her is for her own good and was
put in place by professionals to save her from "shame and
ridicule".
Speaking to selected journalists on Tuesday night in the presence
of some family members and his wife, who is said to be mentally
unstable, Governor Chime said Femi Falana should not allow people
to push him into taking any action against him as he is only trying
to help his wife's situation.
In the words of Govenor Chime:
“Well, my wife has some medical challenges, and it would be
very unkind for me to talk about her condition on the pages
of newspapers. I have done everything to protect her
integrity and I’m not now going to expose her to ridicule
because some people want to exploit her situation to drag
me into a needless war of words
Hot9jagists.Com gathered that his wife, Clara, sat calmly
throughout the session with the journalists but it was not too
difficult to notice some signs in her disposition from time to time.
The wife's psychiatric doctor, Dr. Aham Agumuo, was also
present at the session. We pray she gets well!

How Tiwa Savage Caused The Friction Between Don Jazzy And Wande Coal?

Still on the Don Jazzy versus Wande Coal saga, The
rumour making the rounds now is that Tiwa Savage,
the first lady of the Mavin records was actually the
one that fueled the on-going feud between Mavin
Boss, Don Jazzy and one time faithful label mate
Wande Coal.
P.S: I heard it from two different reliable sources
who do not want to be named.
Tiwa and Don Jazzy were rejoicing over the positive
responses from fans over the success of the “Eminado” video
when she brought his attention to the released Baby Face
track – my source made me believe.
“Tiwa and WC haven’t always been friends, and she was the
one that brought Don Jazzy’s attention to the baby face
song. When Don Jazzy saw and heard the song, he was angry
and had resolved to giving Wande Coal a call but Tiwa insisted
that he should make it public.” the second source said.
“He can not continue to steal from you, he should at least be
respectful enough to credit you….if you don’t do this, he will
continue to steal your works, if you put it out on twitter, he’ll
know you are serious….it’s wrong to always take people for
granted” Tiwa allegedly said.
Meanwhile, Tiwa Savage is known for always baring her mind
on twitter. She recently attacked the TW editors via
twitter (rather than calling them privately), she also did the
same to NET’s publisher (rather than calling him
privately).
So there you have it…like I previously said I don’t
know how true the info is.
My opinion: “It would not cost Wande Coal anything to
acknowledge Don Jazzy. He should. Don Jazzy should have
called Wande to order privately. Whatever the case is, calling
Wande should have been a good start, going on twitter to brag
about him helping the dude is uncalled for”

For Ladies: Ten Commandments For A Healthy V*gina

A healthy v**ina is equivalent to a healthy woman.
So, it is very important that all women should be
concerned about their vaginal health. If you want to
protect yourself from common yeast infections
and vaginal odour, then follow these simple Ten
Commandments to keep your v**ina healthy.
Never use soap – At times, the odour of your v**ina can be
very overpowering embarrassing, but at these times, avoid
cleaning your pubic area with soap or liquid cleanser. The
v**ina can stay clean by itself, as our body has a system for
it. Also, during menstruation, just wash it with water to
maintain good hygiene.
Stay away from vaginal sprays – You might think that
using a floral spray on your v**ina, will give it a sweet-
smelling scent, but this could actually ruin the pH level of your
v**ina and cause irritation and other problems.
Maintain good hygiene during your periods – For a
healthy v**ina, it is very important to follow proper hygiene
during menstruation. Never use your sanitary napkins for too
long. It absorbs blood and if used for a longer duration it can
cause bacteria build-up and lead to rashes and irritation.
Wear cotton panties – Choose cotton panties over other
material as they dry quickly and also allows passage of air,
which further helps in preventing yeast infections due to
damp conditions. So, avoid fancy underwear made from
fabrics like lace, silk or synthetic material.
Wear loose clothes – Wearing tight clothes like skinny
pants usually traps moisture and can lead to yeast infection
and rashes. So, it is very important to wear loose-fitting
clothes.
Trim pubic hair – Maintain good vaginal health by regularly
trimming your pubic hair. Excess hair around your v**ina can
create a moist environment, which can cause bacteria to grow
leading to infection.
Do kegel exercises – Kegel exercise will help to strengthen
your pelvic muscles and also help you enjoy s*x. While you
urinate, try stopping your urine midstream, by tightening your
muscles for few seconds and then release them.
Drink plenty of water – The best way to keep your
v**ina healthy is by drinking water at regular intervals. Water
helps to throw out bacteria present in the body in the form of
urine, and helps in boosting your vaginal health.—
Check strange vaginal behaviour – If you notice a
strange, smelly vaginal discharge, excess itching or unusual
colour then it is important that you treat these symptoms by
consulting your doctor, in order to prevent it from getting
worse.
Go for a Pap Smear – Since cancer is on the rise, it is
best to prevent it rather than treat it. The best way to
prevent cancer of the cervix is to take a pap smear test at
least once a year or as advised by your doctor. This will save
your life and keep your v**ina healthy.

The 11 Differences Between Dating A Girl And A Woman

A boy is attracted to girls. A man
is attracted to women. Now,
this has nothing to do with the
actual age of a person. I’m
referring to maturity, life vision
and stage of life. In fact, some
people regardless of their age,
will never really grow up. Also, this isn’t to say that a woman
won’t ever have “girlish” or immature tendencies or vice versa.
This post refers to one’s maturity and most points would also
apply if you switch the genders as well.
If
you are a boy, then expect that you will attract only girls.
However, if you are a man (independent, knows your worth
and value, has a strong moral compass, is considerate and an
able communicator and doesn’t let insecurity dominate your
psyche), then you should be dating a woman. And if you can’t
spot the difference just yet, here are some pointers:
1. A girl throws tantrums. When displeased, upset or angry,
she reacts just as she did as a child when she didn’t get her
way with her parents. This often consists of screaming,
pouting, giving the silent treatment, being passive, aggressive
and/or punishing. A woman still feels the emotions of being
upset/displeased, but has cultivated the skill of responding
versus reacting. She comes to the table as an adult, and
communicates clearly what is bothering her.
2. A girl perceives herself as a princess and believes people
should treat her like so. She is entitled and feels that she is
owed and therefore expects more than she appreciates. A
woman, has standards (what she holds herself to) not
expectations (what she projects on to others).
3. A girl uses her physical beauty as her currency and basis of
value. A girl may be so used to feeling validated through her
looks and se*uality, that she uses this as her primary tool to
get what she wants in life. A woman, knows her worth is
beyond her physicality. A woman bases her value on her
intelligence, her strength, her integrity, her values, her
contributions, her humanity.
4. A girl banks on a man to be her financial strategy. A woman
plans to be financially independent — she banks on… herself.
And if she so happens to enter a relationship dynamic where
it makes sense for her partner to be the primary
breadwinner, it’s considered a bonus, not the expected life
line.
5. A girl sees the world from a place of lack and scarcity. She
competes and will even tear down another in order to secure
resources or a mate. A woman helps other women. She knows
that there’s plenty enough to go around and takes the high
road of integrity to get what she wants.
6. A girl cannot be bothered with anything domestic and is
proud of the fact that she cannot cook or clean. A woman
understands that being domestic is not a duty, but
understands that it is one way of taking care of herself and
others. She also understands that in the event she wants to
create a family, having a person in the household who can
contribute domestically is important.
7. “A girl wants attention, a woman wants respect. A girl
wants to be adored by many. A woman wants to be adored by
one.” -anonymous
8. A girl does not respect her body. She has not yet
understood that her body and heart are sacred, and that it’s
important to be mindful of how she treats it and who she
shares it with.
9. A woman takes the time to reflect on the type of human
she wants to be, the example she wants to leave and the
vision for her life. She has put thought into her values and
what she stands for. A girl has not established her moral
compass or values and consequently, is often inconsistent.
10. A girl has a checklist that prioritizes superficial qualities
above anything else. Here is an example of how this checklist
may look: Hot, popular, wears skinny jeans, over six feet tall,
rich.. This is the checklist of what a woman may look for: High
integrity, intelligent, kind, good communicator, emotionally
available…
Now, a lot of these differences require taking the time to
know someone to figure out if the apple of your eye is indeed
a mature woman, or someone with an immature mindset.
However, one of the quickest filters that you can notice from
the beginning is this:
11. A girl plays games. A woman doesn’t.

4 Types of S*x to Avoid, No Matter How Good it Feels

S-E-X! It may be good for your heart, great for
your mood and even work wonders on your skin, but
not all types offer the same benefits.
Sometimes s*x can make a bad situation worse and leave you
wishing you hadn’t wasted your good underwear & clean
sheets on a brief fling with s*xual mediocrity.
Here are the 4 types of s*x to avoid at all cost.
Break-Up s*x: It may seem appealing to take one last ride
on that pony for old time’s sake, but the consequences will
likely outweigh the benefits. You’re breaking up, which means
something isn’t working. And even if s*x isn’t the cause of
your break-up, it can complicate an already delicate situation.
For instance, it’s easy for your partner to misconstrue your
intentions. When it comes to break-up s*x, you don’t want
your “It has been a pleasure doing business with you,” to be
misinterpreted for a “Thank you. Come again!” Even if you’re
the type who makes your intentions crystal clear, science still
offers warnings against break-up s*x. Romantic rejection
and heartbreak trigger the same parts of the brain associated
with pain, distress and addiction. It takes time to reduce these
triggers and when the wound is fresh, you don’t want to train
your body to link s*x with these conditions.
Drunk s*x: A few drinks may loosen you up and help you to
shed your inhibitions, but be sure to limit how many glasses
you down as you may end up shedding and downing more than
you bargained for. “Bottom’s up” may be in good fun at the
bar, but you need to decide whether you’re open to letting it
take on a whole new meaning bedside. If you plan on drinking,
bear in mind that alcohol impairs your judgment. Booze goggles
not only cause light-of-day regret the following morning, but
also reduce the likelihood of using condoms and other safer
s*x tools – so plan ahead. And that liquid confidence may
seemingly improve your performance on the dance floor, but it
can have the opposite effect sexually. Alcohol impacts your
body’s s*xual response and circulation making erections and
lubrication harder to come by.
Self-Pity s*x (The One Night Stand): If you’re having a
little pity party for yourself and think that a one-night stand
will elevate your spirits, you may want to think again –
especially if you’re a woman. While a one-time roll in the hay
(or nightclub restroom stall) can be fun for some, women
seem to get the short end of the stick when it comes to
casual s*x. And the short sticks aren’t to blame. Research
shows that over half (54 per cent) of women often feel
disappointed by one-night stands and report high levels of
regret the morning after. On the other hand, 80 per cent of
men feel positively about the experience and say that it helps
them to blow off some steam. Steam? Is that what they’re
calling it these days? So before you take the plunge and turn
to casual s*x to lift your spirits, be sure to consider other
ways to crash the pity party.
Make-Up s*x: Experts are split on this one and you can
decide for yourself whether make-up s*x works for you.
Some psychologists believe that it rewards fighting, drama
and generally bad behaviour. They suggest that couples are
dealing with intensely negative emotions and instead of finding
a resolution, they seek an opposite experience (pleasure) in
s*x. They argue that this type of s*x isn’t “real intimacy” and
that it can lead to loneliness and the belief that everything can
be fixed with s*x. What a world it would be if this were true!
If you find yourself enticed by these four types of s*x, you
may want to take a moment to reconsider. And if you’re still
tempted, at least consider the laundry!

For Ladies – 4 Reasons You NEED a Guy Friend

When gals are having issues with their boyfriends, fiancés,
husbands, boy-toys or one night stands… who do they turn
to?
Women seek out advice from their best girl friends or their
best gay friends. Not a bad move, but perhaps not the best
move. Why? Because your girlfriends don’t know what they’re
talking about and your gay friends, in all likelihood, don’t have
the same experiences as their straight counterparts
Reasons You NEED A Guy Friend
1. We know what we’re talking about. I’m always amazed at
how much awful advice is served up to women by other
women. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve sat down with a
female friend who followed the council of one of their
girlfriends regarding a relationship with a guy, only to have the
whole thing blow up in her face. Let me say this in no uncertain
terms: SHE DOESN’T KNOW WHAT SHE’S TALKING ABOUT. In
much the same way guys need to admit that they don’t know
women the way they think they do, women should do the
same. Problems with your guy? Talk to another guy.
2. It’s an easy friendship. Your relationship with your guy
friend will be much less dramatic than one with with your lady
friends. I’m aware of the incredible bond between female best
friends and the sisterhood of women. But I’m ALSO aware of
the myriad pitfalls inherent in those relationships. Feelings get
hurt or someone gets offended by a perceived slight, which
then turns into a far bigger deal than it needed to be. With
guys, even when there’s a big disagreement, it usually flares
up and gets resolved quickly. Listen, there’s a reason there’s
no show on Bravo called “The Real House Husbands.” Think
about it.
3. You learn about men. It’s like watching an animal in its
natural habitat. Many times you can simply watch and learn
more about guys buy simply hanging out and being “one of the
guys.” Those of you who have already experienced this know
that we’re not always the most mature creatures, but you
also come to understand and appreciate the straightforward
simplicity of the way most guys communicate just by being a
part of the gang. Understanding how guys deal with each
other will absolutely help you with your other experiences
with men.
4. It’s a great way to meet guys. If you’re a single woman,
there’s no better way to meet men than through your guy
friends. Your guy friend is going to be one tough screener. He’ll
be happy to hook you up with one of his buddies if he believes
the dude is decent enough for you.

Urinary incontinence: Symptoms, Causes, Complications, Treatment And Preventions

images (10)Urinary incontinence — the loss of bladder control — is a common and often embarrassing problem. The severity of urinary incontinence ranges from occasionally leaking urine when you cough or sneeze to having an urge to urinate that’s so sudden and strong you don’t get to a toilet in time.
If urinary incontinence affects your day-to-day activities, don’t hesitate to see your doctor. In most cases, simple lifestyle changes or medical treatment can ease your discomfort or stop urinary incontinence.
Symptoms
Urinary incontinence is the inability to control the release of urine from your bladder. Some people experience occasional, minor leaks — or dribbles — of urine. Others wet their clothes frequently.
Causes
Certain foods, drinks and medications can cause temporary urinary incontinence. A simple change in habits can bring relief.
Alcohol. Alcohol acts as a bladder stimulant and a diuretic, which can cause an urgent need to urinate.
Overhydration. Drinking a lot of fluids, especially in a short period of time, increases the amount of urine your bladder has to deal with.
Caffeine. Caffeine is a diuretic and a bladder stimulant that can cause a sudden need to urinate.
Bladder irritation. Carbonated drinks, tea and coffee — with or without caffeine — artificial sweeteners, corn syrup, and foods and beverages that are high in spice, sugar and acid, such as citrus and tomatoes, can aggravate your bladder.
Medications. Heart medications, blood pressure drugs, sedatives, muscle relaxants and other medications may contribute to bladder control problems.
Urinary tract infection
Constipation
Pregnancy and childbirth
Changes with aging
Prostatitis
Complication
Complications of chronic urinary incontinence include:
Skin problems. Urinary incontinence can lead to rashes, skin infections and sores (skin ulcers) from constantly wet skin.
Urinary tract infections. Incontinence increases your risk of repeated urinary tract infections.
Changes in your activities. Urinary incontinence may keep you from participating in normal activities. You may stop exercising, quit attending social gatherings or even stop venturing away from familiar areas where you know the locations of toilets.
Changes in your work life. Urinary incontinence may negatively affect your work life. Your urge to urinate may cause you to have to get up often during meetings. The problem may disrupt your concentration at work or keep you awake at night, causing fatigue.
Changes in your personal life. Perhaps most distressing is the impact incontinence can have on your personal life. Your family may not understand your behavior or may grow frustrated at your many trips to the toilet. You may avoid s*xual intimacy because of embarrassment caused by urine leakage. It’s not uncommon to experience anxiety and depression along with incontinence.
Treatment
Treatment for urinary incontinence depends on the type of incontinence, the severity of your problem and the underlying cause. Your doctor will recommend the approaches best suited to your condition. A combination of treatments may be needed.
In most cases, your doctor will suggest the least invasive treatments first, so you’ll try behavioral techniques and physical therapy first and move on to other options only if these techniques fail.
Prevention
Urinary incontinence is not always preventable. However, you may be able to decrease your risk of incontinence with these steps:
Maintain a healthy weight. If you’re overweight, reaching a healthy weight may help.
Don’t smoke. Get help with quitting if you do smoke.
Practice Kegel exercises. Doctors often advise pregnant women to do Kegel exercises during pregnancy as a preventive measure.
Avoid bladder irritants. Avoiding or limiting certain foods and drinks may help prevent or limit urinary incontinence. For example, if you know that drinking more than two cups of coffee makes you have to urinate uncontrollably, cutting back to one cup of coffee or forgoing caffeine-containing drinks may be all that you need to do.
Eat more fiber. Including more fiber in your diet or taking fiber supplements can help prevent constipation, a risk factor for urinary incontinence.
Exercise. Physical activity reduces your risk of developing incontinence

[Advice Needed] How Do I Trust My Girlfriend?

depresd

Dear nikky,
My girlfriend trusts me so much. But I find it extremely hard to trust her. Please, what can I do to trust her?
AA
Dear Sola,
I believe a relationship without trust is not a strong or serious one. It is a good thing that your lady trust you completely…that is the way it is supposed to be. I think you should stop judging your lady based on what you have experienced with other ladies in previous relationships. All ladies are not the same, learn to trust and appreciate her. Stop being suspicious of her and don’t think things that are not about her. Appreciate and love her completely, just the way she is.
All the best,
nikky

6 Things Men Should Stop Doing After Becoming Husbands!!

images (6)

Boys will be boys! But then, marriage is a life changing experience for everyone. The transition from bachelorhood to married life is tough for most men and their better halves. You may not realise that something that is insignificant to you might not be so trivial for your wife. The best way to avoid dampening of the new romance is to accept and understand that you are no longer a bachelor. So, here are some habits that you should think about changing before you become a ‘husband’.
1. Calling out for keys and socks
Every woman expects her husband to be responsible. So, take care of your basic stuff. Know where your socks, keys, wallet and watch are, instead of calling her for every little thing. Your wife will love and appreciate you more if you behave responsibly regarding these small things.
2. Getting intimate with sports and video games
If you are used to slumping in front of the television or the gaming console after you get back home from work, it is a habit that you must ‘quit’. Common guys, as a husband you should think about interesting ‘bedroom games’, not those video games. Start paying attention to your wife, unless you want to spend your nights cuddling your television set!
3. Spending too much time with friends
Your wife will not mind if you hang out with your friends once in a while. But, if your friends continue to take the lion’s share of your free time, you will end up living with a jealous and irritated better half. So after you get married, it is best to tone down the amount of time you spend with your buddies. Or, organise some couples’ get-togethers, where your wife becomes a part of your ‘group’. She will enjoy meeting your friends as well as spending time with you
4. Messing around the house
After marriage, everything from a wet towel on the bed to your dirty tees lying on top of the dresser is a complete no-no. Stop treating your bedroom as your wardrobe or laundry basket. Get your act together and learn to keep things in their place. Most of the women are particular about cleanliness, well if your better half is one of them, then you are definitely in for some ‘troubled’ time ahead.
5. Your home is not a restaurant
Your wife is neither a cook nor a waiter at the home. She is not going to be serving you food all day around and taking care of all the household work. So, get up and start helping! Also, if guzzling beer and munching stuff on the bed is a habit of yours then it is time to bid farewell to it. Your wife is really not going to appreciate beer stains and food on the bed that she shares with you (if you want her to keep doing so!)
6. Ogling at other women
This one can be a major nail in your coffin. Your attempts of ‘appreciating’ the beauty of the fairer s*x that walks by, will not go down well with your better half. Remember, there is now a woman in your life who expects you to have your eyes only on her. So, control your temptation of checking out other women.
Remember, you will be living with a woman who is your life partner and not a baby sitter. So, with the innocence of a child and attributes of a real man, get ready to become a husband.

She Smokes a Cigarette & He Loves his Tattoos! Who Determines What is Socially Acceptable?

There’s something to be said about social conditioning. The young human mind is very impressionable and malleable and as such parents and guardians try very hard to mold the child into the desired form from a very early age.  Guided by religious and cultural beliefs, parents lay out the appropriate way of behavior and that which is fitting. In some cases, the child is rewarded when he tows the path of straight and narrow; other times, the child is reprimanded for leaving the already laid out path.
There’s another set of parents, the ‘cool’ parents. They are not particular about structure or rules. They have their own baggage and they’re not focused solely on the demarcation between what is “good” and “bad”. They don’t have specific things that their children are not allowed to do and so they wing situations as they arise. The children of these parents pick up social nuances by interaction with classmates, neighbors and teachers. At this point, they’re very much left to chance.
As we grow older and we are thrown into bigger waters of social interaction, we begin to learn that some things are good, others are bad and some others are well… unfamiliar and so we steer away from them. This is how I have tried to rationalize the reaction of some people to certain things which they term “social vices”. Body piercings, body tattoos, smoking of cigarettes, and dreadlocks… to name a few.
Last week, I met up with a friend of mine who had been single for a long time but recently met this beautiful girl. According to him, Nneka was the girl of his dreams. She was pretty, smart, kind, warm and her parents were nice people. He said “she’s really a great girl but she has tattoos and she’s got a nose ring.”  I asked if it was a deal breaker for him and he said he wasn’t quite sure how he felt knowing that his “good girl” had tattoos and a nose ring. Because I’m naturally argumentative and I’m always looking to understand social behaviour, I asked him why her tattoos defined her as a “bad girl”.  He then quoted a passage in the scripture backing it up and I asked him if it was normal for him to assume that Nneka shared his beliefs in the same scripture.  At this point, I stopped the conversation because I realized my people have the tendency to assume that everybody reads and upholds the same religious belief.
The conversation reminded me of how it’s been said that “bad girls” are the ones who smoke cigarettes. Not because of their health, not because their kissing partners  find it repulsive, but simply because they’re girls and they simply shouldn’t be seen smoking. I’ve heard of this gender demarcation for what is good and what is bad and it has always made me curious. For instance, some people associate men who braid their hair or wear jewelry with bad behavior or gang culture. I believe that the media has helped to foster this stereotype. You’re watching a Nollywood movie and the person playing the role of the prodigal son is Hank Anuku or Jim Iyke, with hair braided and a gazillion metal hoops around his neck. Then you also have the sinister tales told to us by our parents – that aunty who wears and anklet and smokes on her courtyard has 3 baby daddies. Stay away from cigarettes.
And the cycle goes on.  The girl in the long dowdy skirt and a scarf is the one who looks like she has home training and as such she’s “good” and the girl with the snug pants is nothing but a man magnet…seeking whom to snag.
So what do you guys think? Who determines what is a social vice and what vice is restricted to certain genders. Are you averse to being with a man whose hair is neatly and nicely braided?  He wears a suit, drives a nice car but he chooses to wear his hair in braids – would you date/marry him? Guys, would having a nose ring or a tattoo be a deal breaker for you?
Do you believe that a lot of our social conditioning is based on what has been ingrained in us from youth? Right or wrong, do you think there’s any possibility of shaking off stereotypes? Or, like everything which we have no explanation for, do we just blame it on the infiltration of the West?
Let’s discuss!

[Advice Needed] I Do Not Know If I Am Still A Virgin!!! Please Help!

imagessadDear nikky,
I am 20 years old and I don’t know if I am still a virgin. When I was 9 years old, I did some romantic stuffs with a boy and I don’t know if he penetrated into me or not. Since then, I have not had s*x with anyone. Actually, I am thinking about doing it with the man that would marry me, although, I am still single. The problem is I don’t know if I am a virgin or not, please help!
BB
Hello BB,
Well, I think you are a virgin…..because if he had penetrated into you, you would know. But then, you can do self-examination. For a virgin, there is a thin flesh called the hymen that partly covers the v**ina….. the presence of a hymen signifies virginity, although the hymens of some virgins have been ruptured through activities like exercises or the use of tampons…..there are reports that some are not even born with hymen and this does not mean that they are not virgins. Anyway, I would just advise you to keep your body now, the past is gone….forget the former things, look ahead to a brighter tomorrow. Appreciate and celebrate who you are. When you are finally in a relationship with a man, don’t give him your body until he marries you. Don’t be fooled by words like “let me check if you are a virgin”, “You are lying, if you love me, you would have s*x with me.” Never be fooled by such words, men who speak such words would end up dumping you once they have their ways.
All the best dear,
nikky

[Advice Needed] I have Never Felt His Manhood Inside Of Me, How Did I Get Pregnant?

images (16)Dear nikky,
I have been dating my man for the past 7 years. he was broke and I gave him money to travel abroad. Later, he asked me to come over and we are together now. I enrolled for my Masters programme there and it has not been easy to get a part time job. Whenever, I ask for money for my school fees, he feels reluctant to give me and he is very selfish. Its not that I like asking for money from him, I like being independent, I ask for money from him because I don’t have a job.
Sometimes ago, I got pregnant for him and I did not even know how because I have never felt his manhood inside of me. Later, I did an abortion and I felt guilty for doing that.
Also, his parents are always demanding for money from him, they are not working and his siblings are not helping matters. In fact, my mom is not in support of his parents total dependency on him because my sister marriage is going haywire because of this same issues from her in-laws.
Moreover, I checked his facebook out of curiosity and discovered he flirts on facebook, I saw unclad pictures of ladies on his phone. We are both Christians, but his father is diabolic.
Now, he wants to marry me next year and I am very confused. We both love each other, but I don’t just know what to do. Should I quit or continue?
ANONYMOUS
Dear Anonymous,
I don’t appreciate the fact that you had an abortion and I don’t support s*x before marriage as well, but then the deed has been done. But then, you should not be surprised that you got pregnant, despite the fact that you did not feel his manhood inside of you, his sperms definitely found their way inside of you and met your eggs which result in fertilization and then your pregnancy. Well, I think you two need to see a medical doctor. He might actually not be experienced in the s*x act, if you did not feel him inside you. I think he might not really have a full knowledge on how to have s*x with a lady. You should discuss this with him in a way that he would understand you, tell him exactly what you feel and then you suggest that the two of you should see a doctor – a gynecologist!
Also, you talked about his stinginess, well….. I think you should also communicate this with him, let him understand that you have no source of income and he should try to understand your situation. I also suggest that you get a job….you can work while you do your masters. Men respect ladies that are independent, and if it is so hard for you to get a job, you can tell him to give you some money, so that you can start a business which would serve as a source of income, and make you independent.
Since you two are Christians, his father’s religion would not really matter. If your man is a true Christian, you need not to worry about what his father practise. This is because he would not accept his father’s belief, if he is really convinced about his own belief. And of course, you are not getting married to the father, but the son….you only need to be prayerful.
You also mentioned that you are scared that his parents would continually seek his financial assistance. Well, he is their son and I don’t think you should stop him from reaching out to his parents. If he wants to step up a business for them, it is all up to him. Why should you get worried about his parents not working? Why should you bother that they demand money from their own child? The fact that your sister experienced issues with his in-law does not mean you would too. Put your mind at rest.
And about your findings on facebook, you should confront him and let him know you are aware of all that is going on. Ask him questions. Ask him why he flirts on facebook and what he really wants from them.
And you talk about not knowing if to go into the marriage or not, I think you need too sit him down and talk to him about all these things you mentioned. Communication is the key! Let him know of your fears and thoughts. Listen to what he has to say….and then you can make your conclusion. Also, look deep down within, are you convinced about him? Do you think you see a future with him? I think you also need to be prayerful. Pray well to know if God really wants him for you, involve your spiritual leader and other Christians that are fervent. If you have doubts and fears about getting married to him, I think you should hold on till you are sure he is the one you really want. If you are not convinced about him, if you know you would not be happy with him, do not marry him….a broken relationship is better than a broken marriage.
I wish you the best.

What Women Must Know About Their Anatomy

curve
Except in rare cases where some individuals have both the male and female sèx organs, every human being is born either a male or a female. Whatever sèx you turn out to be, there are scientific things to know about your anatomy, especially when you realise that whatever events go on between your thighs can sometimes determine your general wellbeing or, in some cases, your lifespan.

This is more evident in the case of women whose biological make-up is a lot more complicated than men’s, considering their reproductive role.
Physicians believe that a woman cannot be too concerned about her reproductive organ because as her age increases, a lot of changes affect the female private partia and women need to know what to do to stave off preventable health issues that may want to encroach on their lives via this avenue.
To start with, there is much hype out there about “revirginalisation,” that is surgically replacing a torn hymen — the thin flesh that covers the external opening of the private part of a virgin female.Obstetrician/Gynaecologist, Dr. Femi Adigun, says the claim is one of the biggest commercial lies he has heard as a medical practitioner.
He says, “The hymen cannot grow back once it has been torn, because it is a thin, fleshy tissue that stretches across part of the opening of the female private part opening, and it can be stretched through sèxual intercourse, exercise such as riding bicycles, and so on.”
Experts say if there’s anything that affects the health of the female private part, it is sèxual intercourse, because of the various possibilities that go with it, including pregnancy, childbirth, infections, etc.
Despite the media hype that depicts sèx as everything, some women do experience pain during intercourse and would rather avoid it where they can. Doctors warn that painful intercourse is not normal and that women who experience it should seek medical help.
Indeed, in a study, Swedish scientists claim that painful intercourse occurs in 9.3 per cent of females, with the incidence being higher among the young and inexperienced and relatively low among the over-50s.
Adigun chips in, “Painful intercourse, medically known as dyspareunia, can be as a result of many issues, but the first thing the doctor must determine is whether the pain is deep inside or near the outside of the private part.”
He says many things can be responsible for intercourse pain, and they include endometriosis (a disorder that often affects the womb and surrounding tissues, making them very tender, particularly when the menstrual period is near).
“The pressure of the male organ on an area of endometriosis may cause intense, deep pain,” Adigun says.
Another cause of intercourse pain is vaginismus — a spasm of the vàginal muscles, caused mainly by fear of being hurt.
Adigun says vaginismus may be as a result of strict upbringing that makes a woman view sèx as dirty or nasty; or it could happen if the woman has a history of r*pe or childhood sèxual abuse; or if she has experienced a medical history of painful vàginal infections. “Experiences like these understandably make women fearful of sèx and of being hurt,” he warns.
He also explains that medically, there’s a condition called “collision dyspareunia.”
“This happens when infections of the cervix cause it to be tender, such that the woman feels pain during deep penetration,” he enthuses.
He says further that when a woman is infected with Chlamydia and does not seek medical treatment, the infection might result in pelvic inflammatory disease. “In PID, the tissues deep inside become badly inflamed and the pressure of intercourse will cause deep pain,” he says.
He also warns that menopausal or post-menopausal dryness might result in pain during intercourse. In this case, he advises the use of lubricants like Vaseline to ease the tension
More important, the doctor warns that if a woman is over 40 years of age and suddenly starts having pain during intercourse, she should be checked for cancer, which may or may not be the cause.
Physicians say, like other parts of the body, the female private partia can age and lose its ‘grips.’ Adigun describes it this way: “The female private part is like a bicep, you either use it or lose it. As a woman ages, the fragile female private part tissues can scar or shrink, especially after menopause.
“Menopause is not the time for a woman to stay away from active sèxual intercourse; otherwise, her private partia might atrophy by decreasing in size, leading to the wasting of the tissues and the attendant discomfort,” he counsels.
Physicians also warn that the female private part might suffer a prolapse. The gynaecologist says prolapse happens when the tissues and muscles surrounding the female private part are weakened, deteriorate or get damaged.
“In general, this condition is called pelvic floor relaxation, and it may cause the supports for the rectum, bladder, uterus, small bladder, urethra, or a combination of them to become less stable,” Adigun warns.
Some causative factors for prolapse include multiple child births, hard labour during child delivery, and delivery of large babies vàginally. Adigun says the symptoms of private part prolapse include difficulty in urinating or bowel movement, inability to control urination, pain when the sufferer stands for too long, or enlarged, wide and gaping vàginal opening.
Many women believe that douching (a process of intravàginal cleansing with a liquid solution) is a way to keep their private part ‘clean.’ Physicians warn against this practice. For one, Adigun says, douching neither prevents infection nor conception; and that the only way to keep the area clean is to simply wash with clean water each time one uses the bathroom; and where there’s no clean water, just wipe dry with a clean soft tissue.
Indeed, an epidemiological study by some Italian scientists suggest that douching increases the risk of vulvovàginal candidiasis — an infection of the vàgina’s mucous membranes by Candida albicans, which affects up to 75 per cent of women.
A study published in the Oxford Journal deposes that douching is harmful and should be discouraged because of its association with pelvic inflammatory disease, ectopic pregnancy, and other conditions.
The epidemiologists, Drs. Jenny L. Martino and Sten H. Vermund, submit that “Douching has been associated with many adverse outcomes, including PID, bacterial vaginosis, cervical cancer, low birth weight, pre-term birth, HIV transmission, sèxually transmitted diseases, ectopic pregnancy, recurrent vulvovàginal candidiasis (vàginal thrush), and infertility.”
And, do you wash your hands before you touch your nether region? Many people would wash hands before eating but do not consider it necessary to also wash hands before washing their bums. Adigun says just as germs can be introduced into the body via the mouth when the hands are dirty, so can germs and certain infections be introduced into the body via dirty hands that touch the female private part. So, wash your hands before washing ‘yourself!’
Finally, how do you clean up after each bathroom use? Experts advise that in order to prevent infection, you should wipe from front to back. Many women do the exact opposite. If you are one of those, it’s time to change

Women’s Health – 9 Factors That Affect The Health Of The v**ina!!!(18+)

http://cdn.informationnigeria.org/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/images-251.jpgVaginal health is an important part of a woman’s overall health. Vaginal problems can affect your fertility, desire for s*x and ability to reach climax. Ongoing vaginal health issues can also affect other areas of your life, causing stress or relationship problems and impacting your self-confidence.
What affects vaginal health?
The v**ina is a closed muscular canal that extends from the vulva — the outside of the female private part area — to the neck of the uterus (cervix). Various factors can affect your v**ina, some modifiable and some not. They include -
1. Unprotected s*x. You might contract a sexually transmitted infection if you have unprotected s*x.
2. Aggressive s*x or pelvic fracture. Forceful s*x or an injury to the pelvic area can result in vaginal trauma.
3. Certain health conditions. Diabetes and Sjogren’s syndrome — an autoimmune disorder — can cause vaginal dryness.
4. Medications and feminine-hygiene products. Prolonged use of antibiotics increases the risk of a vaginal yeast infection. Certain antihistamines can cause vaginal dryness. Superabsorbent tampons can lead to toxic shock syndrome — a rare, life-threatening complication of a bacterial infection.
5. Birth control products. Spermicide and NuvaRing (vaginal ring) can cause vaginal irritation. Using a diaphragm or contraceptive sponge might pose a risk of toxic shock syndrome.
6. Pregnancy and childbirth. If you become pregnant, you’ll stop menstruating until after your baby is born. During pregnancy, vaginal discharge often increases. Vaginal tears are relatively common during childbirth. In some cases, an episiotomy — an incision made in the tissue between the vaginal opening and anus during childbirth — is needed. A vaginal delivery can also decrease muscle tone in the v**ina.
7. Psychological issues. Anxiety and depression can contribute to a low level of arousal and resulting discomfort or pain during s*x. Trauma — such as s*xual abuse or an initial painful s*xual experience — also can lead to pain associated with s*x.
8. Getting older. The v**ina loses elasticity after menopause — the end of menstruation and fertility.
9. Hormone levels. Changes in your hormone levels can affect your v**ina. For example, estrogen production declines after menopause, after childbirth and during chest-feeding. Loss of estrogen can cause the vaginal lining to thin (vaginal atrophy) — making s*x painful.

Home Training: Dad Who Allegedly Hit 3Yr Old Son Could Get 18 Months Jail Term

It’s good for kids to learn to say ”May I please,” but not if it
involves slapping them in the face.
That was the teaching method allegedly utilized by Kenneth
Webb on his 3-year-old son, according to investigators in
Middletown, Ind.
Webb, 29, was charged Monday with neglect of a dependent,
and battery resulting in bodily injury to a person under the age
of 14, according to the Indianapolis Star.
Webb allegedly told investigators with the Henry County
sheriff’s department that he had slapped the boy “more than
once” because the youngster “wouldn’t look him in the eye as
he talked” during a conversation about “sentence structure.”
The suspect allegedly said he was trying to instill the
importance of beginning questions with “May I please…”
Twenty minutes after the misguided “teachable moment,”
Webb’s mother came home and noticed the slap marks on the
boy’s face.
She asked her son what happened and he admitted hitting the
boy, but didn’t realize that he hit him that hard, WISH-TV
reported.
The boy was treated at an area hospital and then released to
the custody of his grandparents, RawStory reported.
If convicted, Webb could spend at least 18 months behind
bars.

READ What Pastor Adeboye Has To Say To His Critics

Despite rave criticisms that greeted the planned
construction of a three kilo-meter auditorium at
the Redeemed Christian Church of God’s
Redemption Camp along Lagos-Ibadan Expressway,
the General Overseer of the church Sunday
disclosed that the said auditorium and several other
developments in the church are but a child’s play.
Speaking during a special prayer programme organised for
RCCG Region 1 for youths and newly ordained ministers in the
church at the church headquarters in Ebute Metta Lagos, the
former mathematics lecturer said the church is founded on
God’s covenant, and therefore its current growth cannot be
comprehended by human wisdom.
Giving hint of changes to expect in the church, he said: “A day
is coming in my lifetime when the ordination of ministers will be
divided into three sessions, morning, afternoon and evening
sessions and more than 25,000 persons will be ordained in
each of the sessions. You can say the dreamer has come
again, but I know my dreams always turn to true”.
Continuing, Daddy G.O. said: “RCCG was not be built on human
wisdom or ability. The last time I was at Malaysia we had but a
house fellowship; but today there are 45 parishes of the
church. One bishop said they should give him five years and he
would leave RCCG far behind; I smiled and I said he will soon
discover the difference between human wisdom and divine
assistance because we have God on our side”.
Admonishing Nigerian youths, Pastor Adeboye said they must
not to be carried away by materialism and new generation
churches, stressing that RCCG is founded on the foundation
of God.
He prayed that the youths will have a glorious future but they
should shun sin, and engage in evangelism and in return God will
bless them.
In his words: “Youths in the Redeemed Christian Church of
God, don’t be dazzled by the new age generation churches,
this is the church founded on the foundation of the Most High
God. Redeemed youths do not be bothered about those who
are going around with diverse miracles and gymnastics.
“You will have a glorious tomorrow and I will use part of it
before I go even after I have gone the real glory of RCCG will
be revealed. It is where I stop that you will begin. You cannot
dwell in sin because He is a holy God and if you want goodness
and mercy to follow you all the days of your life, you better be
holy. You cannot afford to follow the world and still expect
God to be your support-er,” he said.
According to him, “people said all manner of things about me
when we began, called me a bush boy, old fashioned and all
sorts of things.
The modern ones, they rose like a balloon but the balloon
punctured but I told them that the God I serve is conservative;
the same yesterday, today and forever. If you abide under His
everlasting arm, He will guide you forever.”

Actresses Beg Movie Directors With s*x- Nollywood Actress Exposes Secrets

Nollywood actress/movie producer, Ani Amatosero
has exposed some secrets of desperate female
movie stars in Nollywood.
Ani who is set to premier her first movie titled ‘The Squeezed’
is also the CEO of Effixzzy International Magazine claims
s*xual harassment is a two sided thing in Nollywood.
According to Ani Amatosero most of the actresses do pester
movie producers with s*x in order to secure movie roles.
The actress in her own words:
“s*xual harassment is not a new thing to any grown girl. It’s
not just in the movie industry but it’s also in the banking
industry, the private sector generally and even in our
universities. I am wondering why that of Nollywood is always a
big deal to people. Some times some girls harass men though.
And the reason is that some desperate girls who think
Nollywood is all about s*x come into Nollywood with the
mindset of sleeping their way to the top and so they harass
the men. But it’s not always like that. There are some
producers and directors who believe in what you can do and
how to help you improve on your acting skills and not for
what is under your skirt. It’s so sad that people now see
actresses like girls who must sleep their way to get to the
top.
The desperate ones are the ones who fall into such traps.
They come into Nollywood and they don’t want to grow. They
want to fly to the level of Genevieve and Omotola overnight
and earn what they earn forgetting the fact that they grew
gradually into what they have become today. Growth is a
gradual process.”

How Ladies Can Hold On Till Their Wedding Night Before Having s*x -Popular Singer Gives Advice

Nigerian gospel singer, Nikki Laoye who said she was
a virgin when she got at the age of 30 in a recent
interview with Vine Magazine gives advice to ladies
on how to hold on till their wedding night.
“This issue caused a lot of noise on the Internet, because a lot
of people carried it with sarcasm. Some people thought I was
trying to feel holier-than-thou.
The truth is that it was part of my project. If I was really
going to be a model to people, I had to let it show in my life. I
can boldly stand to tell someone now that ‘’you can wait till
you are married’. I’m not telling them that ‘you will not have
temptations’. You will, [because] we are human beings, we
have feelings. You will want to be kissed and touched but the
truth is that we can control it, we are not animals.
s*x is a huge responsibility, especially for the woman.
Understand that you are a s*xual being, you have passion. It’s
good, it’s great, but keep it. Ever since I was young I had
always told God that I was going to keep myself till my
marriage. It’s just a good thing and it’s a good thing to give
your husband. He will know that you are just for him.

Women Could Improve Quality Of Offspring By Mating With Multiple Partners – Research

Women could improve the quality of their offspring by mating
with multiple partners, researchers have said.
Experts from four universities examined the behaviour of an
ancestor of the domestic chicken and found that mating with
different males helped females produce offspring that are
more resistant to disease.
The findings could be applied to other animals – including
humans.
Professor David S Richardson, from the University of East
Anglia, said: “Our research has shown that the females don’t
need to choose between males to produce the most healthy
offspring.
“Rather by mating with multiple males, they allow their internal
choice mechanism to favour the most genetically different
sperm.
“This could be the case in other animals – including humans,
however the practicality of testing this in mammals would be
very difficult, and obviously impossible in humans for ethical
reasons.”
Researchers studied red junglefowl using both natural matings
and artificial insemination in a project with the University of
Oxford, Stockholm University and Linkoping University.
They claim the effect is down to “cryptic female choice” –
where an internal mechanism in the reproductive tract
favours the sperm from males that are most genetically
different to them.
By increasing the diversity of particular genes, which help
detect and fight infections, female birds can provide their
offspring with better disease resistance.
Researchers also claim that signals given off by the male –
such as odour – could help the female subconsciously choose
the best father.
