Actress Uche Ogbodo Dumped Her Sick Husband In Hospital

It is common knowledge that many so called big girls today are only interested in a man when all is well with him and he can spoil them with money and expensive gifts. Once the man suffer any mishap, no matter the fact that it is temporary, they will run. And this is even more rampant among Nollywood babes.

From latest information coming out in actress Uche Ogbodo's marriage break up saga, it appears she dumped her husband because the man is battling with some challenges. Uche had told SDK that the man lied to her and she even claimed that he never married her, adding "we did only introduction".

But the man, who is based abroad, has just went through a brain surgery and he is still recovering. He almost cried when he heard all that the actress he married as his wife said about him.

According to SDK, Ato, her now estranged husband, is presently recovering from brain surgery, his friends said his only mistake was falling in love with "a wrong woman" in the person of Uche Ogbodo.

The man's father, a Pastor, said he was shocked when he heard Uche's lies. His words:
"We went to her village and paid the bride price and after that she was still bearing her fathers name, I dont know why she didnt change it. If she is saying now that she is not married then she has divorced herself. Marriage is not by force. I am the father of Ato and I am telling you now that what she told you is a lie.

I am a servant of God and I cannot tell lies, if she is saying that "she is not married that means she has rejected us. if she has problems with my son this is the wrong way to go about it but we leave it all to God. I am a veteran Journalist, thank you for balancing this story by calling us because we were shocked when people started calling us to say Uche has denied marrying our son."

Wonders shall never end. Guys, marriage is not easy o. Please always look well before you carry overload!

America Opens Up: We Have Not Located The Kidnapped Girls

If money is missing in Nigeria, America will know. But our girls are missing and they can't find them? nawao!

The United States of America on Friday said it had decreased its surveillance flights in the search for the about 200 schoolgirls abducted by Boko Haram, but added that the overall effort was unchanged due to more flights by other countries. It stated that it had no idea of the location of the girls.
"We don't have any better idea today than we did before about where these girls are, but there's been no letup of the effort itself," Pentagon spokesman Rear Admiral John Kirby told reporters, according to Reuters.

A US defence official speaking on condition of anonymity said American flights had been reduced only after a body of intelligence had been gathered and that the cuts had been offset by the British and the French support.

Officials declined to say how long heightened U.S. surveillance over Nigeria had lasted.

Asked whether it was just a week or two, the defence official said, "No. We were building this baseline for a good period of time."

US surveillance flights over Nigeria were now intermittent, the source said. US military personnel are in Abuja in a bid to help coordinate the effort, and some 80 others were sent to Chad in May to support the surveillance operation.

Chad is northeast of Nigeria and borders the area in which Boko Haram is known to operate.

One US official voiced concerns that Boko Haram might have booby-trapped areas where the girls could be held, and there had been reports that they might have been split up into groups that were not being held in one place.

The defence official said surveillance alone would not lead to a resolution. "It will take the Nigerian piece of the equation with their own sources and human intelligence coupled with the other forms to really understand the picture," he noted.

I Walked Through The Fields Of Genocide: Nigeria Is Failing

It's not what you think. It's not the bodies of the living and the dead clearly separated. It's the living and dead, not nearly demarcated. The living were among the dead and the dead, among the living.

The living were dead and the dead as they had just been living. Bodies were not pettily strewn, piled up in pleasant bunches; They lay as it had happened. Some were found and some, not yet.

Mangled bodies, dead, dying and the living dead. The dying, pleading to live and the living, pleading to die. In the death fields, limbs were beside the wrong bodies and bodies lay on top of wrong limbs.

Bodiless hands clutched handles bodies. Whose body? Whose hand?

Eye balls sat, alone and sockets gaped.

And as noses bled and clogged with blood and sand, noses walked between, unbothered by the smells, searching for loved ones.

This is what I saw.

Children tucked themselves in the embraces of dead;

And dead children were embraced by the living.

Lovers hugged bloated bodies.

Bodies fell apart in the embrace of their bereaved.

I walked through the fields of genocide.

It was not quiet as you think.

Sounds were heard of the dying living and the living dying.

The wailing of the living mixed with the crying of the dead.

The sounds of pain could not be differentiated.

There was a sound here I had never heard before.

It was a dead sound that came from my inside.

Dead I walked through the fields of death.

Dead eyes of the dead and living stared at me.

Dead faces lay as dead faces walked between.

Dead lips of the living and dead, asked the same questions – why?

Why were those who did this, dead?

Why were those who could stop this, dead?

I walked through the bazaars, streets and government offices far off from the fields of genocide.

I found they had the same smell, the same sight, and the same sounds as the fields of the dead.

I recognized many dead – those who were quiet were dead; those who did nothing were dead;

And those in authority were dead bloating carcasses.

We are the smelling dead. It is our coffins that restrain us. These are our fields.

World’s Youngest Alcoholic Is Only Two Years Old

Toddler Cheng Cheng, from eastern China's Anhui province, got his first taste of wine when he was only 10 months old. His father put wine-dipped chopsticks into his mouth just to get him to stop crying, and the boy developed a taste for it instantly. As he grew older, he started to consume alcohol in increasing quantities. Now, at age two, he is probably the world's youngest alcoholic. He's been dubbed the 'Little Winebibber' because he prefers alcohol over milk.

At first, Cheng Cheng's parents and relatives joked about his affinity towards alcohol. They found it funny and cute as he guzzled an entire bottle of beer without any side effects – something highly unusual and unexpected of a child. He didn't experience any of the symptoms of alcohol consumption, not even an increased heart rate. Cheng Cheng simply emptied the bottle without batting an eyelid, and then asked for some more! "At that time, all of us in the family have already thought that this child can really drink a lot when he grows up," said his aunt, Cai Teng.

But now that the toddler's story is out, the family has been severely criticized for encouraging such behavior. The local media has displayed outrage, while doctors have urged the parents to immediately put a stop to Cheng Cheng's drinking habit. Several pediatricians have warned that since children of his age do not have well developed body organs, even a little bit of alcohol can seriously damage their health.

Getting two-year-olds to give up something they want badly can be a nightmare, and that's exactly what Cheng Cheng's parents are facing now. Whenever he spots a bottle of alcohol, he wants some for himself. They've tried hiding the bottles, but when he spots the adults in the family having a drink, he throws a tantrum until he's given one too.

Social services are now debating if Cheng Cheng needs to be removed from his parents' care and placed in a foster home. With all the media attention, the family is finally taking the matter seriously. His mother is quite scared of the legal consequences that she and her husband could face, so she's doing everything she can to get the toddler to switch to milk or juice instead.

But that's easier said than done. "As sometimes he is really noisy, we have no option but to let him to try a little bit of wine," she said. "His eyes are always on the alcohol bottles. We can only try our best to store the bottles in a place which is not seen by him." She also said that she's worried about Cheng Cheng's ability to handle alcohol. "We will not let him drink or touch alcohol anymore as we are afraid that it will affect his growth," she promised.

Cheng Cheng's case is probably one-of-a-kind; whoever heard of a kid being able to withstand so much alcohol? But a couple of years ago, we did feature an equally shocking story – a two-year-old Indonesian boy who was addicted to smoking. I do hope he was able to kick the habit.

Fayose Drops Bombshell: Gov Fayemi’s Concession of Defeat Is A Big Propaganda

The Ekiti State governor-elect, Ayo Fayose, disclosed in Abuja on Thursday that the concession of defeat by the incumbent governor Kayode Fayemi was a big propaganda stunt aimed at eliciting public sympathy.
Hear what Fayose said: "The governor said I am conceding to defeat. Let me be realistic with you, there is a difference between propaganda and reality. I have been calling the governor since after our meeting but he hasn't picked the call.
"If you read all papers now, he said I will create local governments before I go; how do you reconcile these things? I am not a propagandist, I am a realist. The governor says he will do employment before he leaves. That means you want to create problem for the incoming government.
"So I see that concession, as good as it may be, we must all be realistic about it, we must not deceive the Nigerian populace...

Fayose told the News Agency of Nigeria that Fayemi is trying to set traps of failure for him before leaving the office of Governor in October.

Fayose recalled that in 2003, his predecessor, Niyi Adebayo, conceded defeat too but went ahead to conduct a mass recruitment when he had only six months remaining in his tenure.

"Their party said we are still studying the ink used by INEC; it is the governor that conceded not our party. I respect the governor; he is our leader, up until the 15th of October, he remains our leader but I want to appeal to APC not to play propaganda with sensitive issues like this.

"If the governor says I am not going, his party too must make pronouncements otherwise I do not mind them going to court. The court will ask you: "it is usually the incumbent that rigs, why would somebody who is not an incumbent now rig and defeat you in your ward"?

He said though he would run an inclusive government, but he would only work with those who were willing to work with him.

"With due respect, I know APC more than you, I will not shoot myself in the leg before I start so I will rather let us leave it as it is. It is our government but we will make sure they have their say; minority will have their say, majority will have their way.

It's A Big Lie, Soldiers Have Not Rescued The Female Students

“For the military that is supposed to find and rescue our children to be spreading such lies that they have gone and rescue them shows that they have no intention of rescuing our girls,” said Lawan Zanna, a Chibok resident whose daughter was among those abducted.

Also, Borno State government and management of Government Girls Secondary School, Chibok, where over 100 female students were abducted by Boko Haram on Tuesday, have said the military’s claim on freeing 107 of the missing girls is false.

The spokesman of the Defence Headquarters, Brigadier General Chris Olukolade had Wednesday issued a statement claiming that 107 of the kidnapped SSS-3 girls had been freed. The military statement reads:
“More students of the Government Girls’ Secondary School, Chibok have been freed this evening in the ongoing search and rescue operations to free the abducted students. With this development, the principal of the school confirmed that only eight of the students are still missing. One of the terrorists who carried out the attack on the school has also been captured. Efforts are underway to locate the remaining 8 students.”

Why We Ladies Sleép With Different Men ––Student Opens Up

Here's a message I got from a lady who said she want people to know the reason for their action:

Please sir, Mr Olu, I just want to tell you that it's not our fault that we go about servicing all kinds of men for the sake of money. Many guys do yahoo and armed robbery to survive but ladies can't do all that and since we are aware that these men will always need women to enjoy their money with them, there is nothing bad if we make ourselves available for you men and we get paid for our professional services.

PIX LEAKS: Guy Sample Female Student and Expose Her Nudé

The rate at which ladies pursue money these days is quite worrisome. You can hardly see a single lady in any of the major cities who is not desperate and ready to do anything with a man just to get money from him. In fact it's so bad that some ladies will just tell you "N20k per night" even when you just want to be her friend.

2women jailed for trafficking &making children beg with fake wounds

Two women have been arrested and jailed for trafficking children
and making them beg on the streets of Lagos with fake wounds.
PM News reports
The Family Court 1 in Yaba Magistracy has jailed two women
for trafficking and using children to beg for alms in Victoria
Island area of Lagos.
The women, Amarachi Eke from Imo State and Chioma Eze
from Awka in Anambra State, were arraigned at the court
on Wednesday on a two-count charge of using underaged
children to beg for alms. And they pleaded guilty to the
charges.
Magistrate Y.O. Aje-Afunwa sentenced them to two
months imprisonment each; one month for each count
charge and they are also to pay a fine of N5,000. The jail
terms will run concurrently.
In sentencing them, Aje-Afunwa said there was the need for the
convicts to learn some useful lessons in prison and that since they
were still young, they should engage in something more productive
rather than using kids to beg on the street.
According to her, they have to learn the hard way in prison not to
engage in something bad in the society, believing that the prison
would transform their lives for the better.
The two women were arrested at Ajose Adeogun Street,
Victoria Island recently while begging with two kids, aged six and
nine years. The stomach and legs of the kids were plastered with
ointment and wool to give the impression that they were
suffering from serious burns to attract public sympathy.
An Environmentalist, Betty Albert, was driving by and saw the
gory sight of the nine-year old boy lying on the ground and decided
to assist the victim.
She parked her car and came out and told Chioma that she should
be allowed to take the boy to the hospital.
On hearing this, Chioma asked the boy to run away which he did,
but unfortunately, he was caught by a policeman who was on
duty nearby.
The Environmentalist asked the policeman to chase after the boy
and he was caught and brought back to the scene.
“I asked the boy whether something was wrong with him and he
said he was okay. I asked him whether I could remove the plasters
and wool on his stomach and he said yes. So I removed them and
found out that the boy was alright.
“The boy told me that his younger brother was at Eko Hotel with
another woman also begging for alms and that they should help him
to get the boy. The boy was brought with the other woman,”
Betty explained.
The boy’s leg was also plastered with ointment and wool to
deceive people that he had been badly burnt and needed help.
Investigation revealed that Chioma Eze, from Anambra State, had
gone to Awka and told the children’s parents that she wanted to
assist them send the children to school in Lagos and she was
allowed to take them. But unknown to the parents, their children
were brought to beg for alms in Lagos.
Betty had been following the case for almost two weeks to
ensure justice was done.
The women were arrested by police from Bar Beach Police
Station, while the case was later transferred to Adeniji Adele
Police Station.
The case was again transferred to the State Criminal
Investigation Department, SCID, Panti, Yaba where it was
charged to court on Wednesday.
According to Betty, the in-law of one of the women had been
threatening her life because of the way she had pursued the
case, alleging that the in-law to Chioma said he had marked her
face and would ensure that she was eliminated.
The Lagos State Office of Youth and Social Department has been
following the case and has expressed disgust at the way the
children were ill-treated by the women.
Special Adviser to the Governor on Youth and Social
Development, Dr. Dolapo Badru, said it is lamentable that Anambra
State had continued to be a place where people were brought to
Lagos to beg for alms.
“How can these women be so callous to have brought these
children from Anambra State to beg for alms in Lagos? They even
make the children feign injury and they don’t have homes in Lagos
and now they will say we are deporting their people. What we are
saying is that these are things the public won’t know,” he stated.
He said Lagos “would not tolerate a situation where Anambra
State would continue to infest the state with beggars and later
cry wolf that we are deporting people that have no homes to
stay in the state.”
Badru vowed that the government would go after such people
using kids to solicit for alms, while decrying the new strategy now
being in used to attract public sympathy, saying it is inhuman to
treat kids that way.
He said the punishment meted out to the women would serve as
deterrent to others who might want to engage in such despicable
act.
